Along with mature landscaping and a great location, 1661 has a clubhouse, full fitness room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. In addition we maintain a tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball court for the community.

Almond Grove Mobile Home Park

Almond Grove Mobile Home Park with 174 spaces, including 24 RV spaces, that has been under management since 1978. This Chico property is a senior living community and offers onsite laundry, swimming pool and recently remodeled clubhouse and office.

Amanda Place

Amanda Place Apartments is a 144 unit multi-family commmunity with one and two bedroom options developed by The Hignell Companies in 1991 and under management ever since. This Chico property has a clubhouse with a full fitness room, as well as a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Amanda Place also has a children's play area and picnic/barbecue area for residents to take advantage of.

Lassen Villa

Lassen Villa Apartments is a 144 unit multi-family community with a mix of one and two bedroom options. This Chico property was developed by The Hignell Companies in 1974 and has been under management ever since. The property has a clubhouse with a fitness room, swimming pool and spa. In addition a basketball court and tennis courts are also amenities.

Pillsbury Square

Pillsbury Square was built in 1972 and has been under management since 1972. This 18 unit Chico community offers an onsite laundry and primarily 2 bedroom apartments.

Rosewood

Rosewood was built in 1980 and has been under management since 1983. This 40 unit complex in Chico has a swimming pool and tennis courts. Rosewood offers an onsite laundry and one bedroom units.

Sheridan Square

Sheridan Square Apartments in Chico is a 180 unit multi-family community built in 1970 and under management since 1973. The property offers both one and two bedroom options. Sheridan Square has mature landscaping as well as a clubhouse, fitness room, onsite laundry and in unit laundry available in some units. A tennis court, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna round out the amenities.

Sierra Manor

Sierra Manor is a 24 unit property constructed in 1972 and under management ever since. Offering two and three bedroom options, this Chico property also has a swimming pool and onsite laundry.

Sterling Oaks

Sterling Oaks is a 188 unit property constructed in 2004 and offering one, two and three bedroom units. This Chico property has been under management since 2004 and offers a clubhouse, fitness room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Private garages are also offered as an option in this property.

Skyline

Skyline Luxury Apartments are currently under construction, expected to open in 2020. The Hignell Companies is managing the lease up of this new property that is slated to be a gated community with a full fitness center and resort style swimming pool, along with luxury amenities. One, two and three bedroom units will be available.

Train Station

Train Station apartments in Chico was built in 1976 and has been under management since 1976. Offering a mix of one and two bedroom units, this 113 unit community includes a clubhouse, onsite laundry, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room. A lighted tennis court is also part of the community.

Tuscan Villa

Tuscan Villa is a 134 unit Oroville community built in 1983 and offering both one and two bedroom options. Tuscan Villa has been under management since 2017 and has a clubhouse, swimming pool, onsite laundry, and in-unit laundry available in some units.

Villa Del Mar

Villa Del Mar is a 32 unit Chico community built in 1974 and offering one and two bedroom options. The property has been under management since 1975 and offers a clubhouse, onsite laundry facility, swimming pool and in door jacuzzi.

Villa Monterey

Villa Monterey is a 48 unit Chico community designed with one and two bedroom options. Originally built in 1973, the property is now being rebuilt in the aftermath of the Camp Fire. Villa Monterey has been under management since 1973 and offers a clubhouse, fitness room, onsite laundry and swimming pool.

Westpark Gardens

Westpark Gardens was built in 1979 and has been under management since 1985. This 56 unit community in Chico offers one bedroom units and has onsite laundry, a swimming pool and a  jacuzzi.

Vista Del Sol

Vista Del Sol is a 12 unit apartment complex in Redding built in 1977. This property has been rehabilitated with new windows, exterior paint and some interiors have been upgraded as well. It offers spacious two bedroom units with laundry hook ups and has been under management since 2018.
