The largest multi-family property in our portfolio, 1661 Forest Avenue Apartments in Chico is a 224 unit complex developed by The Hignell Companies in 1990 and has been under management ever since. 1661 Forest offers one and two bedroom units. Along with mature landscaping and a great location, 1661 has a clubhouse, full fitness room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. In addition we maintain a tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball court for the community.
Amanda Place
Amanda Place Apartments is a 144 unit multi-family commmunity with one and two bedroom options developed by The Hignell Companies in 1991 and under management ever since. This Chico property has a clubhouse with a full fitness room, as well as a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Amanda Place also has a children's play area and picnic/barbecue area for residents to take advantage of.
Historic Oroville Inn
The Historic Oroville Inn is the premier off-campus housing option for Northwest Lineman College and Butte College students. Built in 1930, refurbished in 1989, and completely restored in 2015, The Oroville Inn has been under management since 2022, bringing a storied history and historic charm to our portfolio.
